Ingredients

  • 15.5-oz can chickpeas, drained
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and blend until combined.
  2. When the hummus has come together, drizzle in the olive oil and pulse a few times until loose and smooth.
