Miranda Lambert has some of the greatest country songs of the decade in her concert setlist, but that still doesn't mean she won't bust out a cover for special occasions.
Along with her band, Lambert covers U2's “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” from 1987's The Joshua Tree.
In the clip, which you can watch below, Lambert is shown on stage leading a large (and chatty) crowd in a massive sing-along of the classic rock staple. After belting out a beautiful first verse, she passes vocal duties off to her bandmates before joining back in later in unison.
Lambert seems to like the way the cover sounds, as she chose it to close her set at the Country Jam and the Faster Horses Festival in Brooklyn, Michigan.
Lambert had previously posted about her love for U2 in an Instagram post. She and boyfriend Anderson East watched the band perform in Louisville, Kentucky and walked away with a "life-changing" experience.
"This changed my life. And my way of thinking. About music & art. About drive & heart," she wrote. "Thank you U2. I'll never be the same."
