Jeremy Irons as Alfred Batman Vs. Superman

Absolute Radio caught up with Jeremy Irons outside of the Prince's Trust Celebrate Success Awards and asked him some questions about his role as Alfred Pennyworth, Batman's trusted servant, in Batman vs. Superman. Irons didn't say much, but he did reveal that the script isn't actually finished yet. "The script isn't entirely finished," said Irons. "I've read a script. I think it's not finalized yet." So apparently there is a working script being given to the actors, but it isn't quite set in stone yet. He also mentioned that he is looking forward to working with Ben Affleck, who plays Batman in the film. "I think it's a wonderful idea," Irons said. "He's a lovely man and an interesting actor. I'm looking forward to getting to know him. I've only met him once." Production on Batman vs. Superman is expected to begin in Detroit sometime in April. The film is scheduled for theatrical released on May 6, 2016.
