Teaser Trailer: Guardians of the Galaxy's Dave Batista Returns to WWE

Dave Bautista, who plays Drax the Destroyer in the upcoming Marvel Studios film Guardians of the Galaxy, will return to the WWE in time for Wrestlemania XXX. Returning on the January 20 installment of WWE Raw, the wrestler nicknamed "The Animal" (who has two acceptable spellings of his last name because his WWE stage name is slightly different than the actual spelling) will become the latest big name to leave the WWE for Hollywood and then return to wrestling once his other career is established. After beginning his career as a bodybuilder, Bautista had a long and successful run in the WWE, which ended in 2010, when he retired ostensibly to pursue an MMA career. He won his only professional fight in the first round, but around that time (2012), he had already started to get interest from Hollywood and was telling interviewers he planned an eventual return to wrestling. Besides Guardians of the Galaxy, Bautista has had major roles in The Scorpion King 3, The Man With the Iron Fists and Riddick.
