While Robert Downey Jr. is reportedly in progress of negotiating a new deal with Disney to continue to play Tony Stark in future Avengers and Iron Man movies, another actor has expressed his interest in the job if Disney can't reach a deal with Robert Downey Jr. In an interview with IGN, Jackie Chan said, ""I really want to play Iron Man but I don't think the audiences want to see me as Iron Man. Anyway, nobody pays me big money to make this kind of movie. I love Iron Man and this kind of movie, but no one hires me. Fools!" Will Jackie Chan ever get his chance at Iron Man? Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige has gone on record comparing Iron Man to James Bond, where other actors could potentially step into the role. However, Feige was likely thinking about a younger actor once Robert Downey Jr. gets to old to play Iron Man, and not someone whose actually ten years older than Robert Downey Jr. However, Jackie Chan seems to have plenty to keep him busy. Chan will be appearing in Skiptrace and Police Story 2013. There's also talk of Karate Kid 2 and a possible role in The Expendables 3.
