Some of the famous faces at the festivities include Vergara's Modern Family co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband Justin Mikita. The trio even snapped a few pictures, to which the actress posted to Instagram and titled "Amigos."
It shouldn't be that big of a surprise, as the two have been acting on the same show together since 2009. Plus we've seen numerous pictures of the actors hanging out in their spare time so we can assume they've made real friendships.
Other notable attendees included Ex-NBA star Dennis Rodman, songtress Fergie, actor Peewee Herman and many others.
Vergara and Manganiello appeared to be ready to rock out, as Vergara sported a black bustier top and the guest of honor rocked a Guns 'n Roses tee shirt. At one point, Manganiello even took over the stage with a performances to Sweet Child O' Mine and Girl You Really Got Me, among others.
And the rockstar birthday bash was complete with a red guitar shaped cake.
