Not a lot of good came out of the three-time Razzie Award-winning comic book movie Fantastic Four. It was critically-panned by critics and moviegoers alike; its lackluster box office performance cost 20th Century Fox many millions of dollars and forced the studio to reconsider rebooting the property once again.

However, there is one bright spot. Kate Mara, the 33-year-old actress who portrayed Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, and Jamie Bell, the 30-year-old actor who portrayed Ben Grimm and voiced The Thing, met and began falling for each other while making the movie in 2014. They officially began dating in fall 2015 — several months after the film was released.

And today, a rep for Mara confirmed to E! News that the two have gotten engaged!

Mara dated actor Max Minghella from 2010 to 2014, but she has never been married. Bell was married to Westworld star, Evan Rachel Wood, but they split after 19 months of marriage. They have a young son together, and he was born in July 2013.

Check out the engagement ring in Mara's tweet below.

Transported to an alternate universe, four young outsiders gain superhuman powers as they alter their physical form in shocking ways. Reed Richards becomes Mr. Fantastic, able to stretch and twist his body at will, while pal Ben Grimm gains immense strength as the Thing. Johnny Storm becomes the Human Torch, able to control and project fire, while his sister Sue becomes the Invisible Woman. Together, the team must harness their new abilities to prevent Doctor Doom from destroying the Earth.

Fantastic Four was directed by Josh Trank, based on a script by Jeremy Slater, Simon Kinberg, and Trank. It stars Miles Teller as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, Kate Mara as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/The Thing, and Toby Kebbell as Victor von Doom.

Even though it earned $168 million at the worldwide box office, it reportedly lost $80 million for 20th Century Fox. A sequel was scheduled for a June 9, 2017 release, but Fox removed it from its official film slate.
