Thursday night's episode of How to Get Away with Murder shocked fans with its reveal of which character's body was under a bed sheet, a mystery fans have been hypothesizing about heavily. Since we'll be talking about a surprise death of a character, consider yourself spoiler warned.


If you've felt like How to Get Away With Murder has burned you one time too many with all of its convoluted plotlines, be happy that you've only been burned figuratively, unlike Wes Gibbons (Alfred Enoch). That's right, the beloved character was revealed to be the body under the sheet in one of the most surprising turn of events since the show's first season.

HTGAWM has always been known to use flashbacks as well as flash forwards, so the editing of the shows leading up to the winter finale disoriented the viewers enough to use scenes of an alive and unburned Wes to mislead them into a feeling of safety and security.
