Craig Morgan Shared His Thoughts on Love and Death Days Before Son Died

From a solider's perspective or touring artist's perspective, there is something in this song that you can relate to when it comes to your love for someone. Just days before losing his son Jerry Greer in a tragic boating accident, Craig Morgan beautifully spoke about his haunting new song "Hearts I Leave Behind" and what it means to have love for someone who is gone.

"There is something in this song that you can relate to when it comes to your love for someone," the singer explained.

He continued, "When I'm no longer here I hope people are able to see me and remember me through my loved ones and therefore in the hearts that I leave behind."

Greer now lives on in the heart of his father and in every song his father sings.
