Geena Davis Comments On Beetlejuice Sequel Rumors

Those Beetlejuice 2 rumors keep circulating around the interwebs, but for the most part, they seem to be unsupported by anything concrete.

Geena Davis, who starred with Alec Baldwin and Michael Keaton in the original Beetlejuice, seems to love the idea, but unfortunately, she hasn't heard anything either. In an interview with Tony Loconsole, the award-winning actress spoke about her knowledge of the project.

"No I keep reading about it, but I have never heard anything about it, but you know I hope so too, it's a great idea. I don't think I can be in it because ghosts don't age. You know Alec and I, one of us has aged a lot haha."

The original released back in 1988, and with nostalgia bringing in a premium these days, I would be surprised to see it at some point. For now, though, we'll just have to hope and dream.
