Supernatural's Misha Collins Reportedly Mugged, Suffers Minor Injuries

Supernatural star Misha Collins was reportedly mugged by three real-life ghouls in Minneapolis on Friday night.

Collins, who plays angel Castiel on The CW's long-running series, was in town for MinnConn, a convention celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the show. According to co-star Jim Beaver, Collins was assaulted by three men after dinner.

"My buddy and Supernatural colleague Misha Collins was followed out of a restaurant in Minneapolis by three men last night and beaten and robbed," Beaver wrote on his Facebook page, then later deleted."He's all right, more or less, with some stitches and a fat lip."

Collins didn't allow the scary incident to deter him from going to the convention on Saturday, though. "He's going on with his photo ops at the Supernatural convention he's attending this weekend," Beaver added. "I hope this clears things up a bit for those who've been inquiring."

Several hours ago, Collins responded on Twitter to the news and all the well-wishes that have come pouring in.
