Warner Brothers showed the first footage for their upcoming Suicide Squad film during their Saturday Hall H panel at San Diego Comic Con.

We have a full description of the footage for you, right here, so once you've read that, continue below for the top five moments for the trailer and a closer look at each.

5. Harley's Introduction

The first time Margot Robbie graced the Hall H screen she earned an applause similar to that of Ben Affleck's during the very next panel. Harley hung upside down in a cage, presumably in the prison Waller described, but we'll get to that. Seeing Harley Quinn in real, live-action was just a ground breaking step and Robbie's portrayal seems like it's going to satisfy the masses.

4. The Squad Assembled

Several times, the entire Suicide Squad was seen together. Captain Boomerang, El Diablo, Killer Croc - the whole gang. But one scene in particular, where Will Smith's Deadshot describes them as a "team," and dubs them, the "Suicide Squad," was fantastic. Harley holds her gun as if it were a shotgun and pumps it. Jai Courtney looks grim and great as Captain Boomerang. The ensemble gets thumbs up.

3. Waller's Description

To start the trailer, Amanda Waller and two men describe the plan to create the Suicide Squad. "I have the worst of the worst," a man tells Amanda Waller. They want to create "A task force of the most dangerous people on the planet who can do some good," and they'll only benefit because they have, "built in deniability." The ominous conversation sets a plausible stage for Suicide Squad to shine on.

2. Batman Riding Joker's Lambo

Fan footage revealed this scene's existence which is a shame because it would have been even more shocking and awe-inspiring, but regardless, it was still awesome. Batman hangs on tight for a ride with the Mr. J.

1. The Joker

Jared. Leto. Nails it. This is the most menacing, terrifying, comic book feeling Joker to date. That's a bold statement and some may not agree, but Leto's Joker has a spinechilling laugh and to conclude the trailer, he was enjoying himself as he tortured someone. "Oh, I'm not going to kill you," he said before looking straight into the camera, which was in his victim's perspective, to say, "I'm just gonna hurt ya, really, really, bad!" Do not doubt Jared Leto's Joker. Don't do it.

Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5, 2015.
