Now that Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are playing so well together, fans have already begun to clamor for a full Shield reunion. While Roman Reigns has already said he wouldn't mind it, what does Seth Rollins say about the trio reforming?

In an appearance on Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast, the Kingslayer himself opened up on the topic of Reigns joining the cause.

"He's obviously doing just fine for himself. Yeah, he's doing alright. Whether you love him or hate him, he's doing alright. He [has] been in three WrestleManias in the main event now, which is… hey, say what you will about it, but it's an impressive feat. There are not many men in the history of our industry who've been able to do that. So who knows? I mean, right now we're happy with where we're at and we're in a good spot with me and Dean. If we do tell that story, we've got a long way to get there and if it happens, I'd welcome it. I'd welcome the possibility, but I'm really happy with the Ambrose situation right now and I don't want to force anything," he said.

It sounds like Rollins is all for Reigns coming along, but only under the correct circumstances. If WWE were to rush this or put together a half baked story behind a full Shield reunion, then it would be a missed opportunity. Fans are dying for this to happen so WWE needs to be careful about when and how they choose to bring it to life.

Rollins seems to be fully aware of this. It's so early in his and Ambrose's story, adding Reigns anytime soon would cheapen the narrative. The current relationship with Seth and Dean has been a blast but there are so many paths WWE can take. For now, we can expect them to have a dominant run with the RAW Tag Team Championships.

Reigns should stay his course as well. Currently, he is WWE's hottest solo acts rivaled only by Braun Strowman and John Cena. For WWE to put him back in with his Shield brothers now would be like pulling the plug in the middle of a great Mario Kart race. We have to see how Reigns finishes on his own. the Shield reunion will always be there, but the opponents for Reigns may not be.

Currently, Reigns is in the middle of an iconic feud with Cena. After this, his next big program will likely be with Brock Lesnar. So for now, the betting for Reigns and WEE is to keep letting him compete against the biggest names in wrestling. But one day the time will be right for his return to the Shield.
