Ezra Miller's Flash was one of the highlights of the first footage from Justice League, and it turns out the actor is as excited to play the role as fans are to see him in it.

In a recent interview with Yahoo, Miller spoke about his experience putting the Flash costume on for the first time, describing it as thrilling.

"I'll tell you that donning the Flash suit is one of the single most thrilling experiences I've ever known," Miller said with a smile. "You know it's like a samurai getting in his armor. Every day, I just felt like, so cool. It's the greatest. I really love playing the Flash. I love Barry Allen. I really, I've come to, yeah, I've come to really hold a special place in my heart for this neurotic but altruistic individual."

It's not just the costume either that thrills him, but the chance to explores just who this version of Barry Allen is, and how he relates to the rest of the team.

"I'm just so excited to explore him and explore that for as long as possible," Miller continued. "Even if it just means, this. Honestly, it's an incredible gift to the world, the long history of the Flash. I feel so lucky to be a part of these great stories."

He's also gone on the record about the benefits of having Geoff Johns on set for Justice League, which gives the actors a walking encyclopedia from which to draw from.

"Yes, he's a good guy to have around," Miller explained. "He keeps us full of information and he keeps us from making ignorant mistakes that would upset the fans across the world because you pretty much can't get someone with a deeper knowledge of this universe than Geoff Johns."

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League will open in theaters on November 17, 2017. The Flash is currently set for release on March 16, 2018.
