- ¼ cup fat-free milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3 tablespoons canned crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla syrup
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons stevia (or your favorite no- or zero-calorie sweetener)
- 1 cup ice cubes
