Ingredients
- 15.5-oz can chickpeas, drained
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and blend until combined.
- When the hummus has come together, drizzle in the olive oil and pulse a few times until loose and smooth.
