- Water
- Coconut water
- Coconut milk

*For a chilled smoothie, you'll want to make sure that at least one fruit is frozen.

- Chia seeds

Here's how:
- Tightly pack two cups of your choice of leafy greens in a measuring cup, then toss into blender.
- Add two cups of your liquid base to the blender. Blend until leafy chunks are gone.
- Add three cups of your choice of fruits. Blend again.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
