Need a starting place for your journey to a stronger core? It's right here! Fitness instructor Melissa Koester is going to lead you through six exercises doing six reps of each (12 reps total for those with side-to-side action). These exercises were selected to help you jumpstart your strength training without skipping any steps. You'll learn how to really engage the abdominal muscles, use your breath and prep yourself for the next level. Do up to three rounds each day you do the workout, which should be about three to four times a week. Then look for level two! All you need is a chair and mat. Let's go!
