She starts by arching her back and booty, which accentuates her "thigh gap" and gives her waist an hourglass appearance. She then slowly tilts her pelvis forward, which widens the appearance of her waist and closes the gap between her thighs.
In the caption, Giorgetta admits to using filters and an editing app called Facetune to "patch up a particularly heinous pimple" but says that she would "never ever use Photoshop to change the shape of my body."
"There's enough misleading images about the female body as it is and I never want to add to that," she wrote.

In a previous post, Madaline talked about how perfection is a facade.
"The girls you see on Instagram don't walk around with one leg bent and one hip popped and flexed abs the whole time!"
"Constantly seeing the same carefully posed pic on my feed can get tiring, so it's always nice to see a crappy photo and think, 'ohh hey, she's a bit like me,'" she wrote.

In September, Giorgetta garnered attention in the fitspiration world when she revealed that under-eating was actually hurting her fitness goals.
She shared before and after photos of her body from when she was eating 800 calories a day, to when she was eating 1,800 calories a day — and the difference is pretty clearly visible.
After consulting with a nutritionist and incorporating more macronutrients into her diet, she saw the results she was looking for. Click here to read more and see what she eats in a typical day.
