11 Ways To Accomplish #LittleWins Throughout The Day

There comes a time in everyone's life when they grow up and realize... Mom was right. Sometimes we get so caught up in life's daily struggles that we give into temptation, skipping a workout here, eating a handful of tasty candy there. That's OK if we're meant to enjoy the "little things," right? Wrong! We found a few ways to enjoy the #LittleWins of every day while still leading a healthy lifestyle. 1.
