In the upcoming seventh season of Once Upon A Time, Lana Parrilla's character, Regina Mills, is set to take on a dramatic transformation. With the ABC series itself getting totally revamped, the Evil Queen's wardrobe is going to be getting an updated look to match.

The 40-year-old actress attended this year's San Diego Comic-Con and spoke out after the show's panel on Saturday about her character's changing style.

"Let's just say: Regina's no longer wearing pantsuits," Parrilla said while talking with E! News.

"Now, Lana is today, but Regina no longer wears pantsuits. She's in jeans, which is—I don't think she's ever worn jeans. Ever. A more down-to-earth, been there-seen it all-done it, which is a really cool, different take on the character," she added.

At the end of the Season 6, there was a major cast shake-up with major stars like Jennifer Morrison leaving the show. However, Parrilla and Morrison's on-screen husband, Colin O'Donaghue, who portrays Hook, are both returning.

The two will be joined by actors Gabrielle Anwar, Dania Ramirez, Andrew J. West and Alison Fernandez.

Despite the cast changes, Parilla said that there is still the same "feel" on set.

"It feels like a new show working with old friends. And new friends. It's been fun," Parrilla said. "I really enjoy it. Every day is a new adventure, getting to learn about each other and getting to learn about our new-ish characters and this new world that we're living in. It's fun."

Parrilla's Regina Mills isn't the only character that will be getting a new look. O'Donoghue's Hook will also be going through a style switch-up. He can be seen in the new Season 7 trailer trading in pirate garb for a police uniform.

"It's very nice, very blue. That's about all I can say about it," O'Donoghue said.

O'Donoghue also spoke out about the new cast additions.

"Lana and I were talking about it after the read-through. We were just saying, It almost feels like we're doing a pilot," O'Donoghue said. "Only half the people worked on a show, you know what I mean? Even the crew and all that. It just feels like it's a whole new thing, which is great."

Despite there being some concern over the future of the show, O'Donoghue wants to assure the fans that there will be similar gripping plotlines and fairy tale vibe that they came to love.

"I would say to the fans to remember that Eddy [Kitsis] and Adam [Horowitz] created the show that they fell in love with in the first place and to trust in them that they're going to do the same with this new season with some characters that they know and love already, but with new characters who they can completely invest in again. And that it's the same people there, 100 percent behind it, wanting it to be the best that it can be," he said.

Once Upon a Time returns on Friday, Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. on ABC
