While there may have been major cast shake ups heading into season seven of Once Upon a Time, ABC revealed at the D23 Expo on Saturday a new cast member and a whole new Cinderella story.

Executive producer Edward Kitsis revealed that Dania Ramirez will be joining the cast of the hit ABC drama as a new version of the iconic Disney princess, confirming fan theory that the character will be adult Henry's (Andrew J. West) wife and mother of his child, Lucy.

Ramirez's Cinderella creates an interesting tie to Henry's own history.

"Dania Ramirez will be playing a different version of Cinderella. If we remember Henry's grandfather is Prince Charming, so we have the grandson of Prince Charming with a new Cinderella," Kitsis said.

According to Kitsis, the new, present-day story will be set in Seattle while flashbacks will be set in a new Enchanted Forest, Entertainment Weekly reports.

"Henry is in a new Enchanted Forest, with characters that we have seen before but with different tales," Kitsis explained.

The location change to Seattle doesn't mean Storybrooke is out of the picture, however. Kitsis said that the town will be part of the season as well.

"I think we may see it a few times throughout the year," he confirmed.

Cinderella was originally introduced on the show in season one where she was portrayed by Jessy Schram.

Once Upon a Time will return to ABC Friday nights this fall.
