While we were busy envying Olivia Munn's Turks & Caicos birthday body, she was doing pretty much exactly what you'd expect: working out with her trainer bestie.
First of all, of course Munn has a personal trainer bestie. Brittany Farrar is a Nashville-based trainer who peppered Munn with workouts during their week-long trip. In an Instagram video she posted on Thursday, she shared one of the beachside moves she and Farrar practiced.
When I first met Britt 3 years ago, she talked about a dream of turning her passion for fitness into a full-time business. I'm so proud of her for making that dream come true! 😎 Those of you lucky enough to live in Nashville can go workout with Britt at @shedgroupfitness!! 🏋️♀️ And everyone else can check out her page @brittany.farrar to see more of the workouts she put me through while we vacayed in Turks this week✌☀️👙💙

Munn is no stranger to a good sweat sesh; the actress famously trained long hours every day to prep for her role in X-Men: Apocalypse.
Her X-Men trainer Karine Lemieux says Munn treated getting into hardcore shape like a second job. "If she wasn't shooting, she was at the gym. No question," Lemieux told Elle, adding that Munn trained for six or seven hours daily.
A typical day in the gym for Munn? Punching, kicking, and other techniques from boxing and tae kwon do. "I tried to make it fun every day — she doesn't like a typical workout," Lemieux said.
The pair would skip "boring" booty exercises and instead would focus on creative moves. Like this one: Stand facing outward from a wall, point your toe to the wall and do 10 kicks in the air with one leg, hold it midair for 10 seconds, do 10 kicks with the same leg, repeat two or three times. "[Olivia] always goes for the tough workouts—she knows it's going to be hard, but she likes it that way," Lemieux says. "We made it different every day."
To complement her hardcore workouts, Munn ate a super healthy diet following the 80-20 rule — the same plan that Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen follow.
"My intention was to just get as fit and as healthy as I could be, for myself," Munn told Women's Health. "I started working out every single day, and then I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever. So, that can be any kind of meats or breads or anything else, but mostly fruits and vegetables."
Think you could eat as clean and train as hard as Olivia Munn?
