Ciara and Russell Wilson have one fit family! The 31-year-old singer shared a #couplegoals Instagram video on Sunday of her and Wilson hitting the gym.
Ciara, who just gave birth to her and NFL star Wilson's first child together in April, also shared a pic last week of her and Wilson spinning with her son, Future, captioning the photo "family."
Last month, Ciara revealed that she gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy with Sienna, and that she had lost 20 pounds during her first four weeks postpartum.
"I said I wasn't going to gain 60lbs Carrying Sienna, and... I did exactly that!!" she wrote in an Instagram caption. "4 weeks after her birth I lost 20 lbs."
She's been sharing regular weight loss updates on Instagram, her latest being that she's down to 173 pounds (having started at 203).
This isn't Ciara's first time losing the baby weight — she has previously said that she gained 60 pounds with her son Future in 2014, and underwent a super intense weight loss plan afterward (think: two or three daily workouts).
"I worked out two or three times daily," she told Shape. "I would go to Gunnar [Peterson] first for my one-hour training session, then I'd have two more cardio sessions later in the day. That, along with a really clean eating plan, was how I lost 60 pounds in four months. It was a very intense program, and I was extremely focused on it."
While we don't know much about Ciara's current workout plan, judging by the killer results her first plan achieved, we're betting it's pretty similar.
