But when we spied a snap of her impeccably organized pantry (thanks to pro organizers The Home Edit), we found ourselves less interested in the admittedly beautiful organization of this kitchen space than in Gwyneth's snack preferences.

If you're someone who has a hard time turning down sugary, caffeinated drinks (especially around that 3 p.m. slump), take a tip from the pantry of Gwyneth's sparse but curated Hamptons home: Seltzer and sparkling water are a great way to kick that craving to the curb. Stock up on Pelligrino for that familiar effervescence, or try unsweetened seltzers (they come in plenty of flavors, so you'll never be bored).

One thing that we saw over and over again in GP's home pantry? Dried fruit of all kinds. And with good reason — what's easier to reach for when you're craving sugar than a delicious mix of dried mango, cranberries, and dates? With these types of healthy (and delicious!) options close at hand, sensible snacking is a cinch.
Who doesn't love cashews? Though not technically a nut at all (it's actually a seed of the cashew apple), cashews are a fast and filling snack. Whether you eat them at your desk (no mess!) or add them to a stir-fry (or cashew chicken) for a satisfying crunch, they're a delicious way to get protein in a hurry. Gwyneth is clearly a big believer in cashews, considering the stash of these and other nuts found in her pantry.
Another snackable item we spied in Paltrow's pantry? Good old-fashioned popcorn kernels. Though this method admittedly takes a bit more time (and equipment) to prepare, we agree with Gwyneth's fondness for DIY-ing this snack — microwavable popcorn is often loaded with fake butter and preservatives, ingredients we're sure goop wouldn't approve of. By controlling the popcorn process yourself from start to finish, you're able to know exactly what's going into your snack (and you can create more customized flavor combinations, too — matcha sea salt popcorn, anyone?)
