Chris Pratt is showing off his muscles! The star famously slimmed down in 2014 to play Peter Quill in Guardians of the Galaxy, and he's recently been cracking down on his diet and exercise again for the Jurassic Park sequel.
When he's not flexing in front of a keg of beer, making Ellen DeGeneres cry or prank calling pet stores, Pratt apparently is tossing a football around the beach with his and Anna Faris' 4-year-old son Jack.
The 38-year-old hunk showed off his gleaming abs, pecs and biceps on the Honolulu beach Sunday, suddenly giving us the urge to watch Guardians of the Galaxy 2 again.
In addition to his black swim trunks, Pratt rocked blue athletic tape on his chest, presumably to fix a pulled muscle.
To go from lovable Parks and Recreation goof Andy Dwyer to superhero fit, Pratt dropped more than 60 pounds in six months. He worked with nutritionist Phil Goglia, and devoted himself to an intense training regimen designed by personal trainer Duffy Gaver, working with Gaver four to six times per week for five months.

Because his workouts were so intense, Goglia revamped Pratt’s diet, hiking his caloric intake to 4,000 calories a day and adding lots and lots of water – one for every pound he weighed. “I was peeing all day long, every day. That part was a nightmare,” Pratt said.
Pratt says he loves the way getting in shape made him feel, and says he'll never go back. “It gave me a sense of absolute control."
We're glad Pratt is so committed to a fit lifestyle — partly because he deserves to be healthy but mostly because we love to ogle at his beach pics.
