Miranda Lambert is a huge animal lover and has a total of 18 animals to keep her company — although she seems to be down one dog after her grandmother "stole" the pup.
In an interview with radio show Ty, Kelly & Chuck, the country star shared that she occasionally takes some of her animals on the road with her, but one of her dogs, Delilah, has retired from the bus.
As a result, Lambert had her grandmother look after the pup, but it seems she didn't want to give Delilah back to her owner.
“My grandma literally stole her though,” the singer explained. “I was on the phone with my grandma this morning and she was telling me all about my dog, but it’s her dog now. She retired from the road so my grandma would keep her and she just never gave her back.”
Lambert shared that her animals include “five horses, two mini horses, seven dogs and four rescue kitties."
The star often shares photos of her menagerie on social media, including this shot of a few of her dogs enjoying nature.
Spring fed happiness! The pups and I (party of 7) went on a 2 mile hike today! And then we rode our ponies. Farm life is the good life. pic.twitter.com/OEDGjso4SW— Miranda Lambert (@mirandalambert) July 9, 2017
