Actress Portia de Rossi has publicly accused Steven Seagal of sexual misconduct in the wake of several similar accusations made against the actor.

The Arrested Development actress, who is married to Ellen DeGeneres, took to Twitter to recount her experience auditioning for a role in on of Seagal's films.

The action star allegedly sat her down and made a sexual advance by unzipping his pants.

"My final audition for a Steven Seagal movie took place in his office," de Rossi wrote. "He told me how important it was to have chemistry off-screen as he sat me down and unzipped his leather pants."

She then left appalled, and immediately contacted her agent. The agent was apparently aware of Seagal's intentions ahead of the incident.

"I️ ran out and called my agent," de Rossi wrote. "Unfazed, she replied, 'Well, I didn't know if he was your type.'"

De Rossi's claims echo a similar story from The Good Wife actress Julianna Margulies.

A casting director invited Margulies over to Seagal's hotel room for a reading. However, the situation was quite different when she arrived. The casting director wasn't there, but Seagal was. Things then took a scary turn when he pulled out his gun.

"I got to the hotel at 10:40, and she wasn't there. And he was. Alone," she said. "And he made sure that I saw his gun, which I had never seen a gun in real life."

She added, "I got out of there unscathed. I never was raped. And I never was harmed. And I don't know how I got out of that hotel room. … I sorta screamed my way out."
