Chrissy Teigen is living her best life in Bali with husband John Legend and daughter Luna.
For the last couple of weeks, the Lip Sync Battle cohost has been on a wellness retreat in the tropical Indonesian island of Bali.
At the beginning of the month, Teigen wrote on Twitter, “Going away for a bit of tech and body detox soon.” She then asked her followers for good book selections, adding she loves “mystery/true crime.”
The wellness retreat comes 15 months after Teigen welcomed her daughter and a few months after she revealed she suffered postpartum depression.
A few days into the retreat, Teigen took to Twitter to give her fans a quick update.
"Update: wellness retreat going well," Teigen tweeted on July 7. "I feel very well. Living amongst the monkeys and trying so hard to not laugh during meditation chants. Meditation dr was like "fly high into the skyyyy up up up" and I was like where am I flying out of do I get to pick the airport because I ha...in other words, I really cannot relax."

The vacation in general looked incredibly peaceful. Both Teigen and Legend took to Instagram over the last several days to share videos and photos from their getaway retreat. By the looks of it, the family truly embraced the island’s culture.
On Saturday, the Sports Illustrated model posted a gorgeous photo of her and the “All of Me” singer wearing traditional Balinese garb.
"We had the most beautiful, wonderful time in Bali," Teigen captioned the photo. "Como Shambhala, my body and mind have never felt so clear. Thank you for getting me to move again (first time since I was 8 months pregnant and Luna is ummmm 15 months old) and giving me some much-needed body and nutrition schooling! And thank you for dressing us in your beautiful, traditional ceremonial costumes!"
She concluded her post, writing, "And don't worry, everyone. I still love me some .99 two tacos. Balance! #notbeingpaidtosaythis."

The Cravings cookbook author kept her intricate gold headdress on and wore a silk gown while posing for a photo with 1-year-old Luna.
The wellness retreat included plenty of activities for the family, including cooking and flying yoga. In an attempt to distress herself, Teigen, with the help of her instructor Amy, relaxed in the serene location.
Teigen shared a video of her yoga time on Instagram, writing, “To Amy: the most patient human in the world.”
In addition to flying yoga, Teigen and Legend enjoyed an intense Pilates workout that the mother of one described as “50 shaaades.”
For this workout, Teigen took to Snapchat to document some of the moves, including one of Legend moving up and down on the workout machine. Her commentary in the clip adds to her fifty shades theme and at one point Legend tells her: “leave me alone.”
The jet-setting toddler was featured quite often on her parent’s social media pages during the vacation. If she wasn’t eating bananas with her mom, she was by the pool with her dad.
Teigen posted a video of her and Luna eating a banana together. Luna shares her food with her mom in the clip and Legend is heard in the background saying, “Hmm manners.”
On their last day, the family spent time by the water with the gorgeous greenery in the background.
Legend shared a photo of himself holding little Luna as she stares into the water, presumably at the green rocks or her reflection. The little girl’s curls are damp from the water, which makes the photo all the more adorable.
It’s safe to say the family of three had an incredible time in Bali.
