Hilary Duff seems to have a new man in her life.

The 29-year-old actress was spotted packing on some major PDA with a man in Malibu, California. Her new beau has been identified as Ely Sandvik, the CEO of SOLr Engery Consulting.

The pair was seen enjoying each other's company at the beach on Saturday and Sunday. The two were playing in the ocean, drinking beers and even attempted to surf. At one point during the relaxing weekend, Duff climbed into Sandvik's arms and they shared a kiss.

A source told E! News, "They were in Malibu Saturday and Sunday. They played cards on the beach, hugged and kissed each other a lot. They were both very friendly and talked with everyone."

On Saturday, Duff donned a black bikini and showed off her killer body, while Sandwich wore a pair of green camouflage swim trunks. The following day, the Younger star chose a pink bikini, while her man wore the same shorts.

Duff separated from her husband Mike Comrie in 2014, but their divorce wasn't finalized until last year. After that she dated fitness guru Jason Walsh for five months, then singer-songwriter Matthew Koma earlier this year. The pair broke it off in April.
