You may know lingerie model Sarah Stage better as the "Six-Pack Mom," or the mom who kept her sculpted ab definition all the way through her first pregnancy back in 2015. Stage is now seven months pregnant with her second child (another boy), and despite haters on Instagram giving her a hard time, is still staying incredibly fit and active.

In a loud, clear and sweaty response to all those who continue to troll her on social media, she shared a prenatal workout video.

In the video, she's breaking a sweat like it's NBD, even though a few weeks back in another workout vid, commenters questioned the safety of the exercises she was performing. (The workout in question featured crunches; the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends avoiding lying on your back during your second and third trimester. Stage clarified in the caption that she had received the green light from her doctor on the exercises in the video.)

In the latest video, Stage skips the crunches and knocks out some standing side crunches, side planks with hip dips, forearm planks with hip dips, squat jumps and curtsy lunges.

In the caption of her post, she calls out the "bullies" who continue to question her: "I represent anyone who has dealt with doubters, trolls, and bullies. It feels great to prove ignorant people wrong and even better to know that all you have to do is believe in yourself."

She also writes that she has stopped doing crunches in her third trimester and continues to exercise two to three times per week.

But that hasn't stopped her followers from criticising her fit appearance. On that same post, some commented about the small size of her belly, despite her being seven months pregnant. "How do you look so thin but pregnant," one wrote. "It amazes me that there's a baby in there and so far along!"

"Hope there is enough space for that baby in your abdomen, and hope that he/she will be alright," wrote another.

In July, some commenters even accused the mom of faking her pregnancy and using a surrogate.
