The winner of tonight's dream match between Shinsuke Nakamura and John Cena may have been leaked.

According to PWInsider, multiple sources have confirmed that Jinder Mahal will defend his WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura.

Even further, the betting lines (yes, those are a thing) have shifted dramatically in the favor of Shinsuke Nakamura. Nakamura is currently a -530 favorite compared to the underdog, Cena, sitting at +350.

This doesn't come as a total surprise, as reports have been flooding in about John Cena leaving Smackdown for RAW. According to Wrestling Inc, Cena's time on WWE's Tuesday night show will end in 2 weeks.

"Cena will actually stop working SmackDown televised events with the SummerSlamgo-home show on Tuesday, August 15th. After that, he is only scheduled to work Monday Night RAW tapings and RAW pay-per-views."

We reported a similar story over the weekend when WWE.com was caught advertising Cena for No Mercy, a RAW pay-per-view. But today's news takes things one step further.

One may need at least a coffee to understand all of the elements at play here, but this adds quite the twist to the WWE landscape. If Cena loses tonight, that means that WWE is ready to strap the rocket to Shinsuke Nakamura. There have been grumblings that WWE wants to get the Championship off Mahal as soon as possible. Barring an impromptu match at SmackDown, Mahal won't be putting that title on the line till SummerSlam.

A clean win over Cena after a fantastic match may make Nakamura WWE's hottest wrestler. As popular as he is, and may become, it feels a little like WWE is rushing this a bit. But there's one big stabilizer in this picture: Baron Corbin.

The Lone Wolf perpetually lurks in the shadows with his money in the bank contract. Whomever wins the title match at Summerslam could fall prey to an opportunistic Corbin. Corbin, Nakamura and Mahal are all very inexperienced when it comes to careers in WWE. While this may be unsettling for WWE decision makers to have a trio of green talent circling the WWE Championship, perhaps one of them can overachieve and turn into a superstar.

WWE feels like Game of Thrones, and that's a great thing.
