Fox has spoken about her food and fitness plans in the past, proving that a lot of hard work has gone into maintaining her svelte figure.

The mom of three told E! Online that she's a fan of intense circuit training.

"I exercise really hard twice a week," she said. "I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here. I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training."

Her go-to circuit training includes crunches, knee-ups, lateral planks and Swiss ball exercises in short five-minute bursts. She then rests for 30 seconds and repeats.

Her quick, but regimented workouts are dictated by celeb trainer Harley Pasternak, who says he uses the same approach with Fox's workouts as he does with all his A-list clients.

"The workouts we do are like all of my other Five Factor workouts," Pasternak said. "They are five phases: a minimum five-minute cardio warmup, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise and finally, a five-minute cool down."
