According to TMZ, sometime back in June, a man named Daniel Lablanc showed up at her home and sat in his car outside.

After a while, Electra got worried and finally called the police to report the suspicious situation.

The outlet reports that they were notified by law enforcement that Lablanc was taken into custody and submitted for a mental evaluation.

Lablanc reported suffers from anger issues, and, according to friends, would become extremely angry with anyone who tried to tell him that Electra was not his fiancée.

The model/actress was able to get an emergency protective order against Lablanc, which required him to stay 100 yards away from her.

However, it's reported that the protective order was temporary and has now expired and Electra is said to be filing for a longer or permanent restraining order.

Carmen Electra isn't the only celebrity to have to suffer a stalker this year.

Back in March, it was reported that 29-year-Mohammed Jaffar was arrested on March 6th and charged with stalking and burglary for constantly showing up at country-songstress-turned-pop-starlet Taylor Swifts New York apartment.

Jaffar allegedly showed up at Swift's place five times in a span of just about two months. One day he started ringing the apartment buzzer and held the button down for an entire hour. He then apparently went back the very next day and held the button down for another 45 minutes.

He was also accused of climbing to the roof of the apartment and, per a source, 'lurking in singing star's alleyway and launching creepy campaign' to get her attention.

In addition to being physically invasive and trespassing, Jaffer made an estimated 59 calls to Swift's management office, rudely demanding that they allow him to meet her.
