Mischa Barton has spent a lot of time in court, fighting her ex over a revenge-porn tape he allegedly attempted to sell, and she just scored another win.

The former O.C. star was supposed to go up against Adam Spaw, her ex, in court on Friday, but he was unable to attend, according to his lawyer.

Regardless, Barton testified anyway and reportedly said that she is "terrified" of Spaw.

She also claimed that he has been "lurking" around her neighborhood as well as calling and texting her frequently, despite a temporary restraining order (TRO) that she was granted against him back in March.

Additionally, Barton also claimed that Spaw recently turned up at a friend's house that she was staying at and asked her if he could have access to her car.

"He doesn't seem to understand the TRO. I definitely feel he's been stalking me. I look over my shoulder all the time when I'm walking. He's intimidating. He's 6-foot-4. I would be terrified to see him," Barton reportedly told the judge.

As a result of her testimony, the judge granted Barton an extension on the temporary restraining order.

Barton was quoted as saying that she is "happy" with the judge's ruling and that she plans to "continue to fight for justice."

"People should always have the right to protect themselves and especially women against people who stalk you, make you nervous, try to do things against you, try to release images without your consent. I consider this a victory," Barton told reporters.

In addition to his ruling, the judge also scheduled a July 21st follow-up hearing where a permanent ruling will be decided on, whether Spaw testifies on his own behalf or not.
