It is well-documented that Chrissy Teigen isn't shy about showing off a little skin, but the 31-year-old supermodel exposed much more than she intended to on Tuesday night. While dancing on stage with her husband John Legend at his latest concert, Chrissy suffered an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction that was captured on video.

The mother of one was invited to the stage by her hubby, who was crooning his hit song "Slow Dance." Chrissy was rocking a floor-length black dress that loosely hung on to her slender frame with her long locks flowing down her back. She and her Grammy-winning spouse were grooving along together to the music and doing some bumping and grinding much to the fans' enjoyment.

After doing a series of spins, Chrissy's boob popped out from underneath her dress. Fortunately, John immediately noticed the wardrobe malfunction and pulled her dress back over her chest to protect her modesty.

The Lip Sync Battle host made a surprised face and put her hand over her bosom. Despite the mishap, Chrissy laughed off the incident and the show went on without missing a beat.

A Twitter user named Kenneth Razon caught the mishap on camera. Check out the Chrissy Teigen wardrobe malfunction video above.

The Cravings cookbook author has been accompanying John Legend on tour, along with their 14-month-old daughter Luna.

During a Facebook Live video John posted back in February, he spoke out about how happy he was to have his wife and daughter along with him on tour.

The awesome part of this tour is my family is coming along," he said. "This will be Luna's first tour. She'll be there, so I won't have to spend a lot of time away from my family."

Earlier this month, Chrissy gushed about John in a heartfelt post for Father's Day.

She took to Instagram to share a picture of her "All Of Me" singer husband with the caption: "I took this photo right after John won his Tony a couple weeks ago. In all our time together (11ish years!!?!?) I cannot believe how much he has grown as a man and a husband. To see him go from big goals to big ideas to big wins and the love of so many makes me so so happy. 10 years ago, I didn't think he could get better, then I got to see him as a father. I don't know how or why Luna, my family and I got so lucky in this life but I will stop questioning and just be grateful. I love you so much, John. Happy Father's Day."
