What is even more strange is that 24 percent claimed that they entered a cartoon world. Another 75 percent said they felt like they were having an out of body experience. Lastly, 24 percent said they felt déjá vu while having an orgasm.

Foot Sensations
In a study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine back in 2013, a 55-year-old woman said that she felt "undesired orgasmic sensations" in her left when having an orgasm.
The woman explained that whenever she had a vaginal or clitoral orgasm that she would have the same sensation return in her left foot afterward. The researchers found that the woman might have been feeling an orgasmic sensation in her foot because of partial regeneration of damaged nerve fibers.
Headache
Some people may get a headache after having an orgasm. The experience would classify as a type 2 category headache, which are "bilateral, explosive, and are triggered by some kind of excitement."
For those who experience the side effect, the duration of a headache can last from around several minutes to three hours. The headache may be alleviated by taking antimigraine medicine or pretreatment with propranolol.

Weakness
After having an orgasm, some experience the sudden onset of weakness. The sensation is referred to as orgasmolepsy. The side effect is most common in people that have sleep disorders or narcolepsy.
Studies on the subject show that around 22 percent of those with sleep disorders possibly experience orgasmolepsy. The researchers have not been able to identify the exact causation behind the sensation but there are some that are of the opinion that the firing of the amygdala response along with a hypocretic deficiency could be the culprit.
Crying
Postcoital dysphoria is the side effect when one cries after having sex. The sensation includes tearfulness, agitation, depression, anxiety, or melancholy feelings. This side effect can appear up to an hour after having an orgasm. Researchers also state that postcoital dysphoria is more common between people in stable relationships.
A 2011 study conducted by the International Journal of Sexual Health found that nearly 1 in 3 female college students experienced at least one symptom of postcoital dysphoria at least once in their life.

Sneezing
The side effect of sneezing after having an orgasm has been documented dating back to the 1900's. In one particularly peculiar case, a 1972 study detailed a 59-year-old man who experienced sneezing and a runny nose after having an orgasm. The effect continued for 10 years.
Some researchers are of the belief that the effect on person's parasympathetic nervous system during an orgasm could trigger a connected reaction, which can cause someone to sneeze.
Pain
Both men and women are capable of feeling pain after or during an orgasm. For a woman, she may not feel pain during intercourse, but could feel pain when she has an orgasm.
Men that feel pain while having an orgasm have been linked to having chronic prostate disease.
