James Bond is known for his prowess in the bedroom and the ability to seduce copious amounts of women, so if an actor who's played the character refers to you as a "sex maniac," you know he's not being subtle. Roger Moore deemed Herve Villechaize, co-star in The Man With The Golden Gun, the phrase in question, and described the short-statured star as having an "unnatural lust for women."

During an "Evening With" event, Moore detailed his disgust as Villechaize's sexual exploits, remarking, "He was a very small man and he used to touch me and I used to say, 'Don't touch me. You are diseased.'" Maybe it was due to his height, but Moore seemed shocked by Villechaize's activities, pointing out, "I wasn't being cruel about his size, it was just that he was a sex maniac. He had a lust for ladies, unnatural.

Despite those harsh words, it sounds like Moore also enjoyed learning of the actor's sexual exploits and inquiring about the amounts of women he slept with, recalling, "He told me 35. I told him that did not count as he paid for them, but he said, 'Sometimes when I pay they refuse.'"

In addition to playing the villainous Scaramanga's sidekick in the 007 adventure, Villechaize starred in the hit TV show Fantasy Island as Tattoo. Tragically, the actor killed himself in 1993 at the age of 50 due to chronic pain and health complications resulting from the endocrine disorder that stunted his growth at 3'10".
