WWE has announced that Eva Marie (real name Natalie Marie Coyle) has been suspended for 30 days due to a violation of the Wellness Policy. It comes at a bad time, as Marie has been heavily featured on television as part of Smackdown Live's ongoing conflict between the female superstars, and now all of that comes to a halt.
The suspension will start immediately, and that will cause the star to miss the upcoming SummerSlam, where she was already booked in a Pre-Show tag team match alongside Natalya and Alexa Bliss, who were facing Carmella, Naomi, and Becky Lynch.
This follows two previous suspensions of Alberto Del Rio and Paige, who were suspended for 30 days earlier this week. It wouldn't be that surprising to see an additional name or two pop up as the week goes on.
Eva Marie recently returned to the main roster after a lengthy run in NXT and is more known for her role in WWE's Total Divas than her wrestling. The All Red Everything movement will, unfortunately, be taking a slight break.
