Dogs are awesome in every way possible. And losing one after many years of loyalty, friendship and love is a hard lesson in life that almost everyone experiences at some point. For John Stamos, that time is, sadly, now.

She was always there, especially in the dark times. Never judging. By my side. Only loyal. #rip Linka

Linka, Stamos' German Shepard, has made multiple appearances on his Instagram handle and I'd love to have a dog that looks like that much fun. Stamos has now had to say goodbye, but hopefully all those good memories will be what flood his mind in the days to come.

Linka was an obvious best friend and one that meant the world to him. And yes, a dog can be a best friend. Our sympathies go out to Mr. Stamos, as losing a loyal pup is not an easy time.
