Legendary Hollywood director Woody Allen has given the first sneak peek at his upcoming Amazon comedy series. The six-episode show will be titled "Crisis in Six Scenes," and will be available on Amazon prime in the fall.

The first look that lasts a little over 1 minute shows a humorous interaction between Allen and his barber. Allen has brought a picture of James Dean to show how he would like his hair cut when his barber jabs, "I can work on your hair for ten years, and you're never going to look like James Dean...ever."

The barber then informs Allen that he read his new book, and mentions that it took him "all winter" to finish it. He claims that it took him so long to finish the book because he kept dozing off while reading it. "I thought I might have a sleep disorder, like narcolepsy. But my doctor said it was the book," the Barber stated.

The six-episode show stars Miley Cyrus, Elaine May, and Allen himself, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Allen created and directed the comedy series, which Amazon describes as a "comedy that takes place in the 1960's during turbulent times in the United States and a middle class suburban family is visited by a guest who turns their household completely upside down."

The first sneak peek of the show didn't give a look at the characters Miley Cyrus or Elaine May will be playing, but only the brief exchange between Allen and his barber.

The show will be available to stream on Amazon prime on September 30, 2016.
