Actor Bryan Cranston has previously portrayed historic figures such as Lyndon Johnson and Dalton Trumbo on film, but the Breaking Bad star now has mentioned that he is ready to take on the role of another hugely public figure...Donald Trump.

"I'd like to play Donald Trump at some point," Cranston stated to Carson Daly of the TODAY show regarding the presumptive GOP presidential nominee. "He's huge. He's this Shakespearean character, this serio-tragic-comedic character. Who wouldn't want to take a bite out of that?"

After describing how he would truly enjoy the opportunity to portray the real estate mogul turned politician, Cranston then broke out into a spot-on impression complete with the hand gestures and pouty lips. "Let me tell you something - and this I can tell you - it is huuuuge!" Cranston exclaimed with Trump's signature delivery.

That's not the only impression he offered up though, the 60-year-old actor also imitated one of his old co-stars, Jerry Seinfeld. Cranston claimed that after being around Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David on set for the popular comedy series Seinfeld, he felt as if working on the show was like going to comedy camp, and that while on set you are "immersed in their genius." He clearly learned a thing or two as his impressions of both Trump and Seinfeld were extremely funny.

Cranston stopped by the TODAY show in order to discuss and promote his upcoming movie, The Infiltrator. In the Brad Furman film, Cranston plays a U.S. customs agent who uncovers a money laundering scheme involving notorious Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar. The Infiltrator hits theaters on July 13, 2016.
