When watching Game of Thrones, many fans may catch themselves wondering whether or not there's anything actually being said when characters speak Dothraki. There's no way the actors could learn lines in an entirely different language for 10 whole episodes, right? Wrong! Dothraki has really been developed as a complete language.

The Khaleesi herself, Emilia Clarke, appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers this week and broke the language down for Meyers, a long time Game of Thrones fan. "My kitchen hears it for weeks and weeks and weeks on end until I sound convincing," Clarke explains.

Though she rehearses a near endless amount, that doesn't mean the across gets the lines perfectly with every take. The production crew don't understand the language, though, so if Clarke makes a mistake mid-take, the show goes on. She even admits she may have slipped up on a few words recently and not realized and the flubbed lines could have made their way into the show's sixth season.

"With the latest marvelous actors we've had doing Dothraki with us, it was a long day! It was his close up and we were goofing around," Clarke says. "I thought it would be funny if I did MMM Bop with him." She even went on to give Meyers a sample of what MMM Bop might sound like if performed in Dothraki.

Clarke's Daenerys character has good reason to sing. She's currently leading the Dothraki and looks to be climbing back towards her position of power on the hunt for the Iron Throne.

Game of Thrones airs Sundays at 9 PM ET on HBO.
