Zachary Quinto Joins Hannibal

Star Trek and Heroes star Zachary Quinto may not be heading back to NBC for Heroes Reborn, but once his stint on The Slap is over, he's got another TV appearance set up -- in Bryan Fuller's Hannibal, reports EW.

Fuller, one of the original producers of Heroes, is an acclaimed showrunner with fan-favorites like Pushing Daisies on his resume, too. 

Quinto, who is expected to shoot a third Star Trek film this year, will appear in at least one episode of the third season as a patient of Bedelia's (Gillian Anderson). The series returns in the summer.
