Batman Forever and Kick-Ass 2's Jim Carrey apparently hasn't had quite enough of superheroics yet.

In a new interview with MTV (embedded below), the actor said that while he probably wouldn't reprise his role as The Riddler from Batman Forever, he would like to appear in the new films.

"I'd love to work in the new 'graphic novel' versions of the movie," Carrey said. "I don't know about reprising the role; I don't think Chris Nolan would go for that, but I'd love to work with him."

He noted that he and Nolan had worked together on a script for a movie about Howard Hughes, but that Nolan had opted to work on something else rather than release their film against The Aviator, Martin Scorcese's film about Hughes.

Of course, most of our readers will note that Christopher Nolan doesn't actually have anything to do with the Batman franchise anymore, having left in 2012 following The Dark Knight Rises and left DC Entertainment altogether following his executive producer role on Man of Steel.
